Episode 38: Recipe of the Week - Leg of Javelina!
Pulled Javelina Leg Recipe with Hi Mountain Hickory Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup Red Wine
- 1 1/2 Cups of Water
- 1/2 White or Yellow Onion Sliced
- Hi Mountain Hickory Seasoning
You'll need a slow cooker and a small rack. Simply put the red wine, water, and onion in the bottom of the slow cooker. Season the meat well with the Hickory seasoning on both sides. Place the small rack in the slow cooker and put the leg of Javelina on the rack. Slow cook the meat for 10 hours on low. The meat will fall right off of the bone!
